Your agreement with Migo
These Terms govern your access to Migo's website, applications, AI communication channels and healthcare mobility coordination services. By creating an account or using Migo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If you use Migo for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
What Migo provides
Migo is a technology-assisted coordination service. It can organise information, prepare drafts, manage workflow, communicate with authorised third parties and help you progress through a healthcare mobility journey.
Regulatory, immigration, employment and relocation outcomes are controlled by third parties. Migo does not guarantee approval, registration, employment, visas, processing times or relocation outcomes.
Your account and responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and current information and documents.
- Review drafts, extracted information, costs and submission details before approval.
- Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorised access.
- Only upload or share information you are entitled to use.
- Do not use Migo for fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, system interference or harmful content.
You remain responsible for decisions and approvals made through your account.
AI, approvals and human review
Migo uses AI to interpret messages, organise evidence, draft content and coordinate work. AI can make mistakes. You must review important information before approving it.
Migo will identify material actions that need your approval, including sensitive permissions, credit spend and final submissions. We may also route work to authorised human reviewers. You can pause a journey, decline an action or ask for clarification.
Credits, payments and refunds
Some Migo actions use prepaid credits. The conversation or approval screen will show the credit amount before a chargeable action starts. Credits may be reserved while work is in progress and deducted when the described work is completed.
Top-ups are completed through a third-party checkout provider. Migo does not store full payment-card details. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. If paid work does not start or cannot be completed, the applicable credits may be released or reversed.
Third-party services
Your journey may involve regulators, employers, institutions, communications platforms, payment processors and other independent providers. Their terms, decisions, availability and fees may apply separately. Migo is not responsible for acts or omissions outside its reasonable control.
Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of information and original documents you provide. You give Migo permission to host, process, transform and share that content only as needed to operate the service, follow your instructions and comply with law.
Migo's software, brand, interface, workflow, models and service content are owned by Migo or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service.
Availability, suspension and ending use
We may change, pause or discontinue parts of Migo, including to maintain security, comply with law or improve the service. We may restrict or suspend an account for breach, fraud, risk or non-payment.
You may stop using Migo at any time. Ending use does not cancel completed charges or records we must retain. You can request account closure through Settings or Contact.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Migo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunity, third-party decisions, or loss caused by inaccurate information you provide.
Consumer rights that apply in your country remain unaffected. Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where required. Continuing to use Migo after the effective date means the updated Terms apply.
